1508F Studio was established in Washington , D.C. and bears the street name of Dr. Yeh's first personal studio -- 1508 F Street Northeast. The studio served as a welcoming and nurturing space for people interested in learning the cello and her programmes were especially popular with children and teenagers. Dr. Yeh's teaching methods are unique -- it includes methods from her time teaching at the Peabody Preparatory Young People's String Program and as a Cello Faculty for the minor lesson program at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University , the Suzuki method, and her own cello learning journey.
Dr. Yeh moved to Singapore in 2022 and 1508F Studio is now located in the Sengkang neighbourhood. The studio is a short 7-minute walk from the Sengkang MRT station and it is still dedicated to providing the same nurturing and encouraging environment for anyone interested in learning the cello.
